Hasakeh Governorate – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

SOHR sources say that members of the Turkish-backed Al-Hamza Division raided the village of Arisha in Tal Tamer countryside in the areas held by Turkish-backed factions in Hasakeh countryside, stealing houses furniture, water tanks and electrical cables and tampered with property, before leaving the village.

The villages of Ras al-Ain within the areas held by Turkish-backed factions, are witnessing major thefts such as water pumps, electricity transformers and cables, prompting civilians to look for other sources of electricity through the use of oil generators or solar energy.

Yesterday, the Turkish-backed Al-Hamza Division stormed Tal Ziyab village in rural Ras Al-Ain (Sere Kaniye) in “Peace Spring” areas in Al-Hasakah countryside. According to SOHR sources, a disagreement took place between residents and members of Al-Hamza Division over the seizure of farmlands belonging to the residents by the Turkish-backed Division’s militiamen.
