Hama | Regime forces bring in new military reinforcement to positions in Sahl Al-Ghab

Reliable sources have told SOHR that regime forces brought in large military reinforcement to positions in Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western countryside of Hama. Military vehicles carrying large military and logistical supplies and soldier were seen arriving in Al-Amaqiyyah and Tanjarah in Sahl Al-Ghab.

 

SOHR sources have just reported that regime forces started a new round of ground bombardment since the early hours of Saturday morning, targeting positions in Kansafra, Al-Bara, Al-Fterah, Sfuhen, Fulayfel and Bayanin in Jabal Al-Zawiyah in the southern countryside of Idlib. Meanwhile, regime forces and opposition factions traded fire on frontlines of Sheikh Salman area in the western countryside of Aleppo. Moreover, regime forces targeted positions on Al-Ankawi frontlines in the north-western countryside of Hama with heavy machineguns.

 

In mid-September, SOHR sources reported the arrival of military reinforcement of regime forces and loyalists to several areas in rural Khan Sheikhoun and Ma’rat al-Numan in southern Idlib.

 

The reinforcement included military materiel, personnel carriers “Zil vehicles”, heavy guns, and military buses, and they were deployed in regime forces’ camps in the area.
