After cessation of military operations for a week | Clashes renew between “Al-Bab Military Council” and Turkish-backed factions in eastern Aleppo

Aleppo Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Clashes with medium and heavy weapons erupted today between “Al-Bab Military Council Forces” and Turkish-backed factions in the frontlines of Al-Arimah and Qarrat Wayran villages in the eastern countryside of Aleppo. No casualties have been reported so far.

 

This development comes after tense calm for more than a week.

 

On November 28, Observatory activists monitored exchange of artillery fire between Turkish-backed factions and “Manbij Military Council Forces” on the frontlines of Tukhar and Aremah villages in the eastern countryside of Aleppo. No casualties were reported.

 

On November 6, Observatory sources reported violent clashes with heavy weapons between Turkish-backed factions and the SDF-backed Al-Bab Military Council, along with an infiltration attempt by groups of SDF into the rebels’ positions on Toukhar frontline, south of Jarabulus. No casualties were reported.
