Regime attacks | Forces renew bombardment on towns and villages of southern Idlib countryside

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored, in the early hours of Tuesday morning, rocket attacks by regime forces targeting areas in Al-Fatira, Kansafra, Safohin, Flaifel, Benin and Ruwayha in southern countryside of Idlib, accompanied by exchange of fire between regime forces and opposition factions on frontlines south of Idlib. No casualties have been reported so far.

Yesterday, SOHR activists said that regime rockets and artillery fire hit Al-Zayyarah town, other positions in Sahl Al-Ghab in north-western Hama, Kabani area, Kafradeen village in Latakia countryside, and Al-Bara town in Jabal Al-Zawiyah in Idlib countryside. However, no casualties have been reported.

Meanwhile, attacks and clashes continued on several frontlines of the “de-escalation zone”, as members of Turkistan Islamic Party fired a guided missile on a regime heavy machinegun in Kawkabah village in Jabal Shashaboo, destroying him and injuring several regime soldiers.
