Deteriorating security in rebel controlled areas | Child found dead in farmlands in Afrin

Aleppo Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: In light of the escalating security chaos in aras under the control of Turkish forces and their proxy factions, a child was found dead in farmlands in Al-Hamam village of Afrin in the northern countryside of Aleppo. No further details have been reported.

 

On December 4, SOHR sources said that an IED exploded in a “Santa Fe” make car on the road to Jendires town which is under the control of Turkish forces and their proxies in rural Afrin in north-western Aleppo.

 

According to SOHR sources, the IED targeted the car of a Turkish-backed police officer who sustained serious injuries and lost his leg, while four other members of his family were also injured.

 

On November 24, SOHR activists documented the death of three persons and injury of nearly 16 others in car-bomb explosion near “Judi” bread bakery near Kawa roundabout in the Turkish-controlled city of Afrin in north-western Aleppo.
