Airstrikes | Russian jets target frontlines north of Latakia, and Russian reconnaissance drones fly over Jabal al-Zawiya

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored Russian jets executing two airstrikes on Kabana frontlines in northern countryside of Latakia province. No casualties have been reported. The strikes coincided with the flight of Russian reconnaissance drones over the area of Jabal al-Zawiya, south of Idlib.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored, in the early hours of Saturday morning, exchange of fire between rebels and jihadist factions on the one hand, and the regime forces and loyalists on the other, on frontlines of Al-Manara and Al-Fatira, south of Idlib.

Meanwhile, regime forces shelled places in Safohin, Al-Fatira, Al-Haloubi, Fleifel, Kansafra and Benin in southern Idlib countryside, while factions targeted regime forces’ positions in Ma’rat al-Numan and Al-Malaja in the same countryside.

Moreover, two members of the regime forces were killed after being sniped by opposition factions on frontline of the 46th Regiment, west of Aleppo and al-Dar al-Kabira in Idlib countryside.
