Unknown militiamen open fire on IS headquarter, and IS arrests relatives of a young man killed in north of Aleppo

Deir Ezzor Province:

Cross- cutting sources informed SOHR that unknown militiamen opened fire in an IS headquarter in the town of al- Kharita in east of Deir Ezzor leading to kill some militants. After this, IS started to arrest some men and young men in the town. The sources confirmed to SOHR that released some of them while others kept in prison. SOHR also knew that IS has arrested 15 people from the village of al- Shmeiteyyi in west of Deir Ezzor, who are relatives of a young man belonging to an Islamic Movement killed in clashes with IS in north of Aleppo 2 days ago.
