Daily violations in rural Afrin | “Al-Sham Corps” storms several villages in Raju, arresting five civilians.

Aleppo Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: As “Olive Branch” areas still experience daily violations by Turkish-backed factions against civilians, reliable SOHR source say that gunmen of “Al-Sham Corps” operating under the banner of the “National Army” stormed the villages of Kawnda, Maydan Ikbis and Haj Khalil in Raju district.

The Turkish-backed gunmen arrested five people and took them to the faction’s prison accusing them of “searching for antiquities”.

On December 11, SOHR sources said that the Turkish-backed “al-Hamza Division” launched a security campaign, storming a large number of civilian houses in Ba’ya village in Shirawa district in Afrin countryside. The division arrested 15 people and took them to its prisons for unknown reasons. This development came after the Division deployed a large number of security checkpoints at the village’s entrances and the residential neighbourhoods.

Meanwhile, reliable sources informed the Syrian Observatory that members of the Turkish-backed al-Sham Corps arrested a woman from the village of Fafertin in Shirawa district in rural Afrin for unknown reasons.
