Afrin countryside | Explosion in military headquarters leaves casualties among Turkish-backed factions

SOHR activists have reported violent explosions in the countryside of Afrin, caused by munitions and bombs explosion due to a fire broke out at the military headquarters of Ahrar al-Sham movement in the village of Julqan near Jandiras district, killing five members and injuring others, some in serious condition.

SOHR sources said that a member of Al-Jabha Al-Shamiya and his companion were injured today, as a result of an IED explosion in a military vehicle in Ma’abatli area in the city of Afrin, which is under the control of Turkish forces and proxy factions.

Yesterday, SOHR activists said that a young man has died of his wounds sustained during clashes on December 14, in the Janderas area west of Afrin, which is under the control of Turkish forces and proxy factions.
