Al-Hasakah | SDF disperse crowds of people in front of petrol station with gunfire, injuring women

Al-Hasakah Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: SOHR sources have reported that a woman was injured while SDF were dispersing crowds of people waiting in front of Al-Jazerah petrol station in Al-Shaddadi city in Al-Hasakah countryside. The woman was taken to the hospital after she was hit with a gunshot at head.

In light of proliferation and misuse of arms, safety rule violations increase, leading to disasters and deadly incidents. On December 11, SOHR sources reported that a little girl died of her wounds sustained in a stun grenade explosion in Al-Darbasiyyah city in rural Al-Hasakah, while she and her brother were tampering with the grenade. It is worth noting that the grenade belonged to the victim’s relative, who is a member of Asayish Forces.
