Three attackers arrested | Unknown gunmen attack SDF military headquarters in Deir Ezzor with RPGs

Deir Ezzor Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Unknown gunmen fired several RPG shells on military headquarters of Syria Democratic Forces in Theban town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where clashes, with machineguns, erupted between the attackers and SDF. SDF managed to arrest three attackers, taking them to the “General Security” headquarters in Al-Busayrah city.

 

Yesterday, reliable sources told the Syrian Observatory that unidentified gunmen threw a grenade at an SDF military vehicle on Hawija-al-Busayrah road in eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, causing only material damage.

 

SOHR activists had documented the death of the head of the local council of al-Kubar town in west Deir Ezzor countryside, as a result of the explosion of an IED planted by unknown individuals under his car.
