Arrested nearly ten days ago | HTS releases former media activist of jihadi faction

Syrian Observatory sources have confirmed that Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham released a former media activist arrested, on December 22, at HTS checkpoint, while trying to cross with his family from the areas held by Turkish forces and “Olive Branch” factions towards the HTS-held areas in Aleppo countryside, via Al-Ghazawiya crossing in north-west Aleppo countryside.

 

On December 22, SOHR sources said that a former media activist of the “Jaish al-Mujahideen” faction was arrested at HTS checkpoint, while trying to cross with his family the areas held by Turkish forces and “Olive Branch” factions towards the HTS-held areas in Aleppo countryside, via Al-Ghazawiya crossing in north-west Aleppo countryside.

 

While on December 16, SOHR activists said that HTS arrested the director of the “logistics office” within the organization “Union of Revolutionary Offices” in the town of Salqin in rural Idlib, following a lawsuit filed by the Local Council in Kafrenbel against him, as he criticized the work of the Council through a post on his personal account on social media.
