Growing tension | Al-Sham Corps and Turkistan Islamic Party amass troops in western Idlib, amid Turkish military build-up in the area

Idlib Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Reliable sources have informed SOHR that both Al-Sham Corps and Turkistan Islamic Party are amassing troops in Sallat Al-Zuhur village near Jisr Al-Shughur village in the western countryside of Idlib, following dispute between both sides for unknown reasons. Meanwhile, Turkish forces stationed in Sallat Al-Zuhur village were also seen on high alert.

 

A few hours ago, reliable sources reported that an armed drone, believed to belong to the International Coalition, struck an unidentified car on the road between Isqat and Salqin areas in the north-western countryside of Idlib, near the border with Iskenderun region. No casualties were reported.
