Deir Ezzor Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Reliable sources have told SOHR that a patrol of Syria Democratic Forces has arrested two persons for unknown reasons, while they were passing in Al-Takihi village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.

Yesterday, SOHR sources said that an SDF member was injured, as unidentified gunmen attacked a military patrol in Theban town in east Deir Ezzor countryside. This attack came a few hours after a security campaign by SDF in the area.

A few hours earlier, reliable sources informed SOHR that SDF launched a security campaign in Theban town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, arresting seven young men working in smuggling goods to regime-controlled areas, via river crossings between the banks of Euphrates river. SDF confiscated a ferry carrying flour prepared to be transported to regime-held areas. Meanwhile, SDF members arrested a person in Al-Baghous town also working in smuggling goods to regime-controlled areas.
