Drone attack | Airstrikes target the perimeter of Um Jaloud crossing in Turkish-backed areas in eastern Aleppo countryside

Aleppo Province- Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

Reliable sources have informed the Syrian Observatory that an unidentified drone targeted the vicinity of Um Jaloud crossing, which separates between the areas controlled by Turkish-backed factions and the areas held by the forces of the Manbij Military Council near the city of Manbij, east of Aleppo city. No casualties have been reported so far.

On December 28, SOHR sources reported an explosion near Al-Hamran commercial crossing near the city of Jarabulus within the areas held by Turkish-backed factions in north-east Aleppo province, as a homemade drone targeted a truck, causing material damage. 

On December 20, SOHR activists reported hearing several explosions in Tarhin area which is under the control of Turkish-backed factions in the countryside of Al-Bab city in northern Aleppo. The explosions were caused by airstrikes by a drone which dropped several bombs on the area of the primitive oil refineries. The attack caused material damage and fires, but no casualties have been reported so far.

On October 23, SOHR activists documented the death of seven civilians as a result of high-explosive rockets fired from the Russian base of “Hmeimim”, targeting oil market and primitive refineries in Al-Kusa village near Jarabulus city in areas under the control of Turkish-backed factions in north-eastern Aleppo.
