On January 2, Observatory activists reported an explosion in Ras Al-Ain city (Sere Kaniye), which is under the control of Turkish forces and their proxy factions in Al-Hasakah countryside. The explosion was caused by detonating a car-bomb near the city’s local outdoors market, which killed five persons, they were as follows: one fighter of the factions, a woman and her two children, and a man. The explosion also injured eight other people, some seriously.

It is worth noting that “Peace Spring” areas are experiencing escalating security chaos since Turkish forces and their proxies captured these areas.
