Regime attack | Forces renew rocket fire on towns and villages of Sahl al-Ghab and Jabal al-Zawiya

As regime forces continue their ground bombardment on rural Hama and Idlib, the Syrian Observatory has monitored this morning the fall of rocket-propelled grenades fired by regime forces on areas in Al-Fatira, Kansafra, Safohin, Fliefel, Benin, Al-Ruweiha, Kaddura, south of Idlib, and other areas in Al-Ziyara, Al-Ankawi and the perimeter of Qulaydin in Sahl al-Ghab, north-west of Hama. No casualties have been reported so far. While Russian reconnaissance drones were seen flying over the area.

Yesterday, Syrian Observatory activists documented the death of regime soldier after being shot by jihadists on Al-Malajah frontline in southern Idlib. Meanwhile, opposition factions destroyed, with a guided missile, a regime heavy machinegun on Al-Omqiyyah frontline in Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western countryside of Hama.

Moreover, rebels fired several mortars on regime positions in Al-Bahsah village in Sahl Al-Ghab in western Hama, and other positions in Jabal Al-Zawiyah in Idlib countryside, leaving casualties.
