Participated in yesterday’s demonstration | SDF arrests three of its members in eastern Deir ez-Zor countryside

Deir ez-Zor province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

SOHR sources said that the Syrian Democratic Forces arrested, this morning, three of its members from the village of Al-Subha, east of Deir ez-Zor, due to their participation in yesterday’s protests in the village of Al-Subha in eastern countryside of Deir al-Zor, to demand the provision of diesel and the release of civilian detainees.

Yesterday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored dozens of residents of al-Subha village in eastern Deir al-Zour countryside, staging a demonstration demanding the provision of diesel and the release of civilian detainees in SDF prisons. The demonstrators cut off the highway ans set rubber tires on fire.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored earlier people in the area of Al-Azba, north of Deir ez-Zor city, staging a new demonstration to protest the arrest of young men by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) for mandatory conscription within the ranks of “Self-Defense Forces.”

Two days ago, Syrian Observatory activists documented the injury of a child, after being hit by indiscriminate gunshot while SDF were dispersing protesters condemning the decision of mandatory conscription and confiscations of their motorcycle in Zughayr Jazeera village in Deir Ezzor countryside.
