“De-escalation zone” | Regime forces renew shelling areas in Jabal al-Zawiya and Sahl al-Ghab

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored in the early hours of Thursday morning, renewed rocket shelling by regime forces on areas in Jabal al-Zawiya in southern Idlib countryside, and other areas in the Sahl al-Ghab, north-west of Hama, but no casualties have been reported.

Meanwhile, opposition factions targeted positions of regime forces on frontlines, south of Idlib, while reconnaissance drones were seen flying over the area.

Yesterday, SOHR activists documented the injury of a little girl after being hit with a gunshot fired by regime forces stationed in Jadraya village in Aleppo countryside.

On the other hand, regime forces shelled Hulayfel and Sfuhen villages as well as other positions in Jabal AL-Zawiyah with artillery. Meanwhile, opposition factions fired several rockets and artillery shells on regime positions on the frontlines of Jabal Al-Zawiyah in the southern countryside of Idlib.
