Drone attack | Airstrikes kill four “Popular Mobilization” militiamen, as they try to enter Syrian territory near al-Bukamal city

SOHR sources say that a drone targeted a vehicle belonging to the Iraqi Popular Mobilization militia, while trying to enter Syrian territory via unofficial border crossings with Iraq near the town of Albukamal in eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, killing four members who were in the vehicle, and injuring others.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has obtained further details and information about the Israeli attack on Syrian territory yesterday evening. It is woth noting that the targeted areas are hosting militias loyal to Iranian forces and Lebanese Hezbollah, as well as regime forces and loyalists.

It is also worth noting that the regime Air-Defences were able to intercept some of the Israeli missiles for the first time in many months, while other missiles reached their targets, and caused human and material losses.
