“De-escalation zone” | Tense calm prevails in the area, and Russian reconnaissance drones fly over south of Idlib

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored a tense calm prevailing in the area of “Putin-Erdogan” since the early hours of Friday morning. Meanwhile, Russian reconnaissance drones were seen flying over Jabal al-Zawiya and areas of the southern countryside of Idlib.

Yesterday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the killing of a member of HTS and another of “Ansar al-Tawhid” faction, in addition to the injury of members of jihadist groups in rocket attacks by regime forces on frontlines of the village of Al-Fatira in southern Idlib countryside.
