Military escalation | Rebels target regime gatherings in Idlib countryside, killing and injuring 11 soldiers

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has documented the deaths of three members of the regime forces and loyalists, and the injury of seven others, after their gatherings in al-Zaytoun camp were targeted, north of Hazarin village in Idlib countryside, by home-made rockets fired by the Ansar al-Tawhid jihadist faction.

The Syrian Observatory has documented the killing of a regime lieutenant, as the factions targeted their military gatherings near the village of Jobas in Idlib countryside.

Meanwhile, regime forces shelled the village of Al-Fatira in Idlib countryside, killing a number of sheep.

On the other hand, the “Putin-Erdogan” region is experiencing frequent flights by Russian reconnaissance drones and fighter jets.

The Syrian Observatory has monitored intensive rocket attacks by “Al-Fath al-Mubin” factions, targeting positions of regime forces in the southern Idlib countryside, coinciding with artillery shelling by regime forces on factions’ posts on frontlines of the village of Kadura, east of Idlib, but no casualties have been reported.

Syrian Observatory activists have reported that factions operating under the banner of “Al-Fateh Al-Mubin” operations room shelled regime positions on frontlines in the south of Idlib city.
