Azaz | Uncertainty surrounds the death of Turkish-backed police officer

Aleppo Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: SOHR sources have reported that a Turkish-backed police officer was found dead and dumped near Tal Hussein village in Azaz city in areas under the control of Turkish forces and their proxy factions in northern Aleppo. Meanwhile, uncertainty is surrounding the circumstances of the police officer’s death.

 

On Wednesday, SOHR activists documented the death of a lawyer in Jarabulus city in areas under the control of Turkish-backed factions in the north-eastern countryside of Aleppo, after unknown gunmen opened fire with a silencer gun on a car he was travelling in.

 

While on January 17, SOHR sources reported that unknown gunmen in a car, “Santa Fe” make, opened fire on a member of the Turkish-backed division of “Al-Muntasir Bellah” in the Industrial area in Al-Bab city in Aleppo countryside, injuring him seriously.
