IS executes 3 men in Homs countryside

Homs province: Shells fell on al-Waer neighborhood, no reports of losses. IS executed 3 young men 2 of them were wearing military uniform, in the charge of “al-Radda “, 1 of the 3 was beheaded with a white weapon while the 2 others have been executed in al-Sawana area by shooting them in the presence of dozens of civilians including children.
