After decapitated body found in eastern rural Hama | Regime forces arrest more than 20 members

SOHR sources say that regime forces arrested more than 20 people, including members of the regime-backed “National Defense” loyal, after the decapitated body of a 4th Division member was found at the junction in the town of Al-Nashmi, east of Hama.

It is worth noting that the areas of northern countryside of Hama, southern and eastern countryside of Idlib, which are under the control of regime forces and militiamen backed by Russia and Iran, are witnessing growing kidnappings, thefts and exploitation of children and women in light of the prevalence of poverty and poor security and service situations.

In December, a 16-year-old girl from Murek city was found dead and dumped in an abandoned house in Halfaya city which is under the control of regime forces and loyalists. It is worth noting that the girl went missing a few days earlier, while medical sources have confirmed that she was killed two days ago.

On the other hand, unknown individuals kidnapped a woman from her house in the regime-controlled city of Khan Shaykhun in southern Idlib a few days ago. The kidnappers released the woman a few hours later, after they looted her jewelry. Local sources have confirmed that the woman was in poor health.
