About 20 regime and ISIS forces were killed in the Homs desert

Russian warplanes continue their air strikes on the areas of the spread of the terrorist organization “ISIS” within the eastern Homs desert, which is witnessing renewed clashes between the militants of the organization on one side and the regime forces and the militants loyal to it and the Russians on the other hand.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said today, Wednesday, that the clashes are focused on the axes of the Al-Sukhnah desert at the administrative borders between Homs and Deir Ezzor.

The observatory documented the killing of 7 members of the regime forces and pro-Russian militias as a result of the clashes and the targeting of their vehicles by the organization, while 11 of the organization’s militants were killed by the Russian air strikes and clashes, all of them were killed during the past hours.

With the continuation of the Russian air strikes, the number of raids launched by these aircraft on separate areas of the Syrian Badia rises to more than 200 in Homs, Deir al-Zour and the Aleppo-Hama-Raqqa triangle during the past few days.
