“De-escalation zone” | Regime forces and opposition factions trade fire on frontlines of rural Aleppo, while fighter jets fly over the area

SOHR sources have reported exchange of bombardment between regime forces and opposition factions on the frontlines of the 46th Regiment in western Aleppo. Meanwhile, regime forces have shelled Tqad town with heavy artillery, and targeted the frontlines of Kafr Nouran and Kafr Amma frontlines with heavy artillery. Also, fighter jets were seen flying over the area.

 

Observatory sources reported earlier this morning renewed rocket attacks by regime forces on Sfuhen, Kansafra, Flifel, Al-Fatira, Benin, Al-Ruweiha, Kaddoura in southern countryside of Idlib, and Al-Ankawi in Sahl Al-Ghab in north-western Hama. On the other hand, rebels and regime forces traded heavy machinegun fire on the frontlines of east Idlib countryside. No casualties were reported.
