After death and injury of 12 soldiers | Regime forces shell positions in Idlib, Hama and Latakia countryside

Syrian Observatory sources have reported regime bombardment with heavy artillery on the surrounding areas of Majdaliyah village in the eastern countryside of Idlib, Al-Sarmaniyah and Duwayr Al-Akrad villages in the north-western countryside of Hama, and Kabani area in Jabal Al-Akrad in Latakia countryside. However, no casualties have been reported so far.

SOHR activists documented earlier today the death of four regime soldiers, including a lieutenant, and injury of eight others, some seriously, in a surprise attack by groups affiliated with the “Jaysh Al-Nasr” faction on regime positions in Al-Fatatra village in the western countryside of Hama.

Observatory sources also monitored rocket attacks, in the early hours of Saturday morning, by regime forces on al-Bara, Falifel, Al-Fatira, Sfuhen, Kansafra, Benin, Kadoura, Ruweiha, Al-Hallouba, Majdalia and San in the southern and eastern countryside of Idlib, Al-Ankawi and Qulaydin in north-west Hama countryside. The regime rocket fire coincided with frequent flights by Russian aircraft over Idlib province.
