On the other hand, Turkish-backed factions shelled, with artillery, villages of Taweela, Tal Taweel, Tal Karabit and Um al-Kayf in the northern countryside of Tel Tamer, but no casualties have been reported so far.

Hours earlier, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored rocket attacks by Ankara-backed factions targeting the village of Tal Manakh, located in Tel Tamer countryside, northeast of Hasakeh. No casualties were reported.

Reliable sources have reported earlier today that Russian officers have arrived in areas under the control of Turkish forces and their proxy factions in Abu Rasin countryside (Zarkan) in northern Al-Hasakah with the aim to meet with Turkish officers. According to SOHR sources, the meeting will be held in Allouk village in Ras Al-Ain countryside in Al-Hasakah countryside. However, no further details have been reported about the circumstances and reasons behind holding this meeting which is supposed to start in hours.
