Daraa Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: SOHR activists have reported seeing Russian forces running a military patrol, this morning, in Sahem Al-Golan area in the western countryside of Daraa.

On February 11, SOHR sources monitored a group of some 30 regime soldiers being stationed in the police station in Tafas city in Daraa, while a similar group was stationed in the city’s hospital. Also, the rest of the groups, that entered the city in the morning, withdrew, in line with the Russian-sponsored agreement between the regime forces on one hand, and the security committee and the Central Committee on the other.

A few hours earlier, SOHR sources reported that regime forces and pro-regime media outlets entered al-Hal market, the southern neighbourhood and some government headquarters in Tafas city in the western countryside of Daraa, in accordance with the Russian-sponsored agreement between the Central Committee and the Security Committee.
