Idlib | Regime forces and rebels exchange rocket fire on frontlines in southern countryside

The Syrian Observatory has monitored this morning rocket attack by the opposition factions on positions of regime forces in the village of Hantotin in the southern countryside of Idlib, amid unconfirmed reports of casualties.

 Meanwhile, regime forces shelled places in Al-Fatira, Safohn, the outskirts of al-Barah and Flifel in southern countryside of Idlib, but no casualties have been reported so far. Russian reconnaissance drones were seen flying over Idlib since the early hours of the morning.

Yesterday, Syrian Observatory sources reported that the factions of “Al-Fath Al-Mubin” operations room shelled, with heavy artillery, regime position on Al-Tufahiyya frontline in Jabal Al-Akrad in northern Latakia. The bombardment left several regime soldiers dead and wounded.

Moreover, opposition factions shelled regime positions in Miznaz village in western Aleppo with artillery.

On the other hand, regime forces shelled, with heavy artillery, positions in Kansafrah town in Jabal Al-Zawiyah and the outskirts of Marrat Al-Na’san in Idlib countryside.
