Old ordnance | Explosion injures child in eastern Hama

Syrian Observatory activists have documented the injury of a child due to the explosion of an old landmine nearby Al-Rahjan village in the eastern countryside of Hama. The boy was taken to the hospital for treatment.

 

On February 17, SOHR activists documented the injury of three civilians were injured in the explosion of an old landmine in Wadi Al-Azeeb area in the eastern countryside of Hama, while searching for truffle.

 

On the other hand, four children sustained light wounds due to the explosion of an old landmine in Al-Asharah town in Deir Ezzor countryside.

 

While on February 15, Syrian Observatory activists documented the death of a civilian and his grandfather as well as serious injuries to three women due to the explosion of an old landmine, while collecting truffle in the area of Khanaser desert in the southern countryside of Aleppo.
