Afrin countryside | Members of joint checkpoint of Turkish forces and proxy factions arrest three civilians from Ma’abatli area

Aleppo Governorate – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

SOHR activists say that members a joint checkpoint between Turkish forces and proxy factions loyal to them at the junction of the village of Kokana in the district of Ma’abatli in rural Afrin in north-west Aleppo, arrested three civilians from the area of Ma’abati, for known reasons to date.

Yesterday, SOHR sources said that Ankara-backed factions continued their violations against Afrin people in north-western Aleppo countryside, where SOHR reported that the Turkish-backed military police arrested two civilians in Qarrah Tabah and Qatma villages of Sharran district. According to SOHR sources, the two civilians were arrested for “dealing with the Autonomous Administration during its control of Afrin canton”.
