Including tanks and logistics | Second Turkish column enters “de-escalation zone” in one day

Idlib province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored this evening the entry of a Turkish military column via Kafr Losin crossing in northern countryside of Idlib. The column consists of 15 vehicles and armoured vehicles, including trucks carrying tanks, and others loaded with concrete blocks. The column headed towards Turkish posts in the Idlib countryside within the area of “Putin-Erdogan.”

It is worth noting that this is the second column entering Syria during the day.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored this morning the entry of a new Turkish column into Syrian territory. Nearly 50 vehicles loaded with military and logistical equipment entered via Kafr Losin border crossing with the Iskenderun region, north of Idlib. The column headed to observation posts deployed in the eastern Idlib countryside.

The number of military vehicles entered Syrian territory since the start of the new ceasefire has reached 8,295 in addition to 10,000 Turkish soldiers.

From February 2 to date, the number of Trucks and military vehicles that arrived in “de-escalation zone” has risen to more than 11,795 Turkish trucks and military vehicles carrying tanks, personnel carriers, armoured vehicles and mobile bulletproof guard booths and military radars.

The Syrian Observatory would like to point out that the number of vehicles and soldiers may vary marginally, as many vehicles, loaded with soldiers and military and logistical equipment, enter and exit individually.
