Hours after arrest for “criticizing institutions and courts” in Turkish-controlled areas | Turkish-backed police in Al-Bab release civil activist

Aleppo Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: SOHR sources have reported that the Turkish-backed police released a media activist from Al-Bab city, which is under the control of Turkish forces and their proxy factions, hours after being arrested for “criticizing the work mechanism of institutions, courts and the police in posts he had published on social media”. Other sources have informed SOHR that the activist was arrested over a traffic violation.
