Gave coordinates of Women’s conference in June 2020 | SDF intelligence arrests agent of Turkish intelligence

SOHR sources say that the SDF intelligence arrested a person in the city of Ain al-Arab (Kobani), who was a member of SDF earlier, where he was arrested about two months ago on several charges, most notably “communicating with Turkish intelligence.” After two months of arrest, the accused pleaded guilty to the charges against him, including giving coordinates to the Turks in order to target a meeting of the Star Women’s Conference in Ain al-Arab in June 2020.

On June 24, 2020, SOHR sources reported that five people, including three women, including the coordinator of the Star Women’s Conference of the “Self-Administration”, were killed as a Turkish drone targeted a house hosting a women’s conference in the village of Halnaj near the border with Turkey in the Kobani countryside in eastern Aleppo.
