For second time in a few days | Representatives of International Coalition meet with leaders of “Deir ez-Zor Military Council” in Deir Ez-Zor countryside

Deir ez-Zor Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored on Thursday, a meeting between leaders of the Deir ez-Zor Military Council and a delegation from the civil affairs of the International Coalition in the town of Soor in Deir ez-Zor countryside. Discussions took place between the two sides on the security situation in the region, and the delegation visited Soor hospital to provide support and see the situation on the ground.

Few days ago, SOHR sources said that the town of Al-Sour located in northern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, witnessed on Tuesday a meeting between the leadership of the Deir ez-Zor Military Council and representatives of the International Coalition forces in order to discuss the security situation in the region.

In this context, the Syrian Observatory has monitored intensive U.S. patrols in al-Malikia (Derek) area in Al-Hasakah countryside, where they toured the border with Turkey near Ain Dewar area, while U.S. helicopters were seen flying over the area.
