Violent clashes break out in areas in Idlib and Hama

Idlib Province:

Clashes are taking place between the regime forces, backed by loyal militiamen from Syrian, Arab and Asian nationalities and Hezbollah against the rebel and Islamic factions and Jabhat Al-Nusra (al-Qaeda in Levant) near the administrative boundaries with Hama after an attack carried out by factions and al- Nusra on the hills of al-A’awar, Khattab and Elyas and al-Frika area as well as on several checkpoints for the regime forces in the area, amid mutual shelling between the two parties, information about casualties on both sides.

 

A woman and her 3 children died in aerial bombardment on the village of Stuh al-Deir in Shahshabu mountain this afternoon. The warplanes carried out raids on areas in the village of al-Sahn in the western countryside of Idlib. The helicopters dropped barrel bombs on areas in Khan Shekhoun city in the south of Idlib causing material damages. 

 

Hama Province:

The helicopters dropped barrel bombs on areas in the towns of al-Latamneh and Kafar Zita in the northern countryside of Hama, followed by the regime forces shelling on area in al-Latamneh, and coincided with opening fire by the regime forces on areas in the town. They also dropped barrel bombs on the villages of M’aarkbeh, al- Hawayej and Lahaya, no information about casualties. 

 

A man died after the raids that were carried out by the regime forces warplanes on areas in the village of al-Qastal in the eastern countryside of Hama this afternoon.  

 

Clashes are taking place between the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions in the vicinity of al-Ziyara town in Sahl al-Ghab in the northern countryside of Hama, coincided with mutual violent shelling , information about casualties on both sides.

 

The Islamic battalions targeted regime forces positions in the village of Jurin in Sahl al-Ghab, no information about casualties.
