Two separate patrols | Russian and US forces tour villages in Al-Malikiyah countryside (Dayrik)

Al-Hasakah Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: SOHR activists have monitored a Russian patrol of four armoured vehicles and two helicopters heading to Ain Dewar village, then to Al-Jisr Al-Romani in Al-Malikiyah countryside (Dayrik) in Al-Hasakah countryside, on the Syria- Turkey border. This patrols comes as a part of Russian routine patrols in the area.

 

On the other hand, US forces have conducted a routine patrol also in Al-Malikiyah countryside (Dayrik), shortly after the Russian one. It is worth noting that the US patrol stopped in Rubariya village for nearly half an hour.

 

SOHR activists monitored earlier today a routine joint patrol conducted by Russian and Turkish forces in the east of Ain al-Arab (Kobani) in the eastern countryside of Aleppo. The patrol was expected to tour several villages and towns in Ain al-Arab countryside on the Syrian-Turkish border. This development came as part of routine movements by Russian and Turkish forces in the region.
