Ras Al-Ain | Al-Hamza Division loot three civilian houses, while military powers grant ownership documents to inhabitants

Al-Hasakah Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Members of Al-Hamza Division in Al-Hammamat village have looted the contents of three houses belonging to civilians living in Turkey.

 

On the other hand, SOHR sources in Ras Al-Ain city have confirmed that the military powers controlling the city will grant ownership documents to every family living in a house, while the real owners of these houses will lost the possession of their houses unless they are not living in them.

 

Yesterday, SOHR sources reported that security tension is prevailing Ras Al-Ain city (Sere Kaniye) in “Peace Spring” areas in Al-Hasakah countryside in the wake of the factional fight among groups of “Al-Hamza Division”. The clashes, which erupted in the early hours of Tuesday morning, resulted in the injury of five militiamen of “Al-Hamza Division”. According to SOHR sources, the clashes erupted due to a dispute over positions and handing over houses and checkpoints.
