Al-Hasakeh | Turkish-backed fighter killed in clashes with SDF in countryside

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has documented the killing of a member of the Turkish-backed factions today, as a result of exchange of shelling between SDF and Turkish-backed factions on frontlines of Um al-Kif in al-Hasakeh countryside, while clashes broke out on several frontlines in the countryside of Tel Tamer in al-Hasakeh.

In early March, the Syrian Observatory monitored rocket attacks by Turkish forces and proxy factions on eastern frontlines of Ain Issa in the northern countryside of Raqqa province, followed by rocket fire by regime forces and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) on positions of factions and Turkish forces in the area, in response to the shelling by Turkish forces and allied factions, but no casualties were reported.

On February 22, SOHR sources said that a car belonging to the regime forces was burned down, and a regime soldier was injured in rocket fire carried out by Turkish forces and their proxy factions on regime positions near the Silos of Ain Issa, north of Raqqa.
