Ceasefire violations | Regime forces shell several positions in Jabal Al-Zawiyah and trade fire with rebels in Sahl Al-Ghab

SOHR sources have reported that regime forces fired several rockets in the early hours of Friday morning, targeting positions in Sfuhen, Al-Faterah, Kansafra, the surrounding areas of Al-Bara, Al-Ruwayha, Bayanin, Fulayfel in the southern countryside of Idlib, and other areas in Al-Ankawi in Sahl Al-Ghab in north-western Hama. Meanwhile, exchange of heavy machinegun fire took place between regime forces and opposition factions on the frontlines of Sahl Al-Ghab, but no casualties have been reported.

Yesterday, SOHR sources reported renewed ground bombardment in the area of “Putin-Erdogan”, where regime forces targeted positions in Al-Fatirah, Kansafra, the outskirts of al-Bara, Safohin, Benin and Fleifel in the southern countryside of Idlib, but no casualties were reported. It is worth noting that these positions are being daily targeted by regime forces. Meanwhile, opposition factions shelled regime positions on frontlines in Jabal al-Zawiya, south of Idlib.
