10th anniversary of the Syrian Revolution | Thousands of Syrians hold mass demonstrations, confirming the Revolution’s constants and demanding overthrow of the regime

On the 10th anniversary of the Syrian Revolution against the Syrian regime to demand freedom, justice and democracy, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored mass demonstrations in various areas in rural Aleppo and Idlib. SOHR activists have monitored a mass demonstration by residents in the centre of “Sabea Bahrat” square in Idlib city, in addition to mass demonstrations in Afrin, Al-Bab and Azaz in the areas held by Turkish forces and their proxy factions in Aleppo countryside.

Displaced people from various Syrian provinces and regions have participated in these demonstrations, chanting anti-regime slogans and confirming the continuation of the Syrian Revolution.

As the Syrian Revolution enters its tenth year, tens of thousands of people are still detained, millions of people have been displaced, and some 594,000 people have been killed in a decade.
