Al-Atareb massacre | Child among six people killed in bombardment on hospital, while rebels respond to the massacre by shelling regime positions

SOHR activists have documented new fatalities due to the massacre committed by regime forces after targeting the hospital of Al-Atareb city with rockets, as the death toll has risen to six people, including a child and a medic. According to SOHR sources, regime forces stationed in the 46th Regiment in west Aleppo countryside fired over six rockets on the hospital which is located in a bunker in Al-Atareb in the same countryside.

 

On the other hand, SOHR sources reported rocket attacks by “Al-Fath Al-Mubin” factions on regime positions in the 46th Regiment in a response to the regime massacre in Al-Atareb.

 

A few hours ago, the death toll of regime rocket attacks on Al-Atareb hospital in western Aleppo continued to raise, as SOHR activists documented the death of five civilians, including a child and a medic in the hospital, after regime forces stationed in the 46th Regiment in west Aleppo countryside fired over six rockets on the hospital, which is located in a bunker in Al-Atareb in the same countryside. It is worth noting that the rockets hit the hospital’s entrance and perimeter, which resulted in the massacre. The bombardment also left over 11 people injured, some seriously. The injured people were civilians and medics of the hospital, including the director of the “Health Department of the Free Aleppo”.
