After yesterday’s military escalation | Tense calm prevails in the “de-escalation zone”
SOHR sources have monitored cautious calm prevailing throughout the “de-escalation zone” since the early hours of Monday morning interrupted by sporadic rocket attacks by regime forces, which targeted positions in Sfuhen, Kansafra, Bayanin and Fulayfel in the southern countryside of Idlib. No casualties have been reported.
This tense calm comes after yesterday’s dramatic developments across the “de-escalation zone”, including the intensive aerial and ground bombardment and a massacre committed by regime forces.
Yesterday, SOHR activists documented the death of six people, including a child and a medic, due to regime rocket attacks on the hospital of Al-Atareb city in western Aleppo.
