Al-Hawl camp | Female Iraqi refugee assassinated in the first section of the camp in eastern Al-Hasakah countryside

Al-Hasaka governorate – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

The Al-Hawl camp in the eastern countryside of Hasakeh has witnessed a new assassination, which targeted a female refugee of Iraqi nationality, by ISIS cells in the camp. According to Syrian Observatory sources, the victim was assassinated by a gunshot in the head inside her tent in the first section of Al-Hawl camp.

On March 17, SOHR sources said that the assassinations continue in the Al-Hawl camp, known as the “Al-Hawl mini-state”, located in the eastern countryside of al-Hasaka, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a new assassination carried out ISIS cells in the camp, which targeted a refugee of Iraqi nationality, who was working for the “Iraqi Council” to manage the affairs of Iraqi refugees in the camp.

On March 15, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a new assassination in Al-Hawl camp al-Hol on two Iraqi refugees in the third part in the camp, after being targeted with several bullets, resulting in their death.
