No casualties documented | Engineering teams detonate IED left in Al-Bab city centre

Aleppo Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: SOHR activists have reported hearing an explosion in Al-Bab city, which is under the control of Turkish forces and their proxy factions in the eastern countryside of Aleppo. the explosion was caused by the detonation of an IED by the engineering teams after it had been left with the internationally recognized Syrian flag fixed on it by the wall of the park, near Osama Ibn Zayd mosque. No casualties have been reported.

 

On March 20, SOHR sources reported hearing a loud explosion in the city of Al-Bab, which is controlled by Turkish forces and proxy factions in eastern Aleppo, caused by the explosion of a batteries storage depot near Al-Tawhid mosque on the northern highway of al-Bab. The explosion killed one civilian and injured at least seven people, some seriously.

 

A day earlier, SOHR sources reported an IED explosion in a car of a commander of the Turkish-backed faction of “Asefet Al-Shamal” in the western neighbourhood of Azaz city, which is under the control of Turkish forces and their proxy factions near the Syria-Turkey border in the northern countryside of Aleppo. The attack resulted in the injury of the commander and two other companions, as well as causing material damage.
