Backed by Coalition Forces | Asayish and “H.A.T” bring in large reinforcement, preparing for large-scale security campaign in Al-Hawl camp
Al-Hasakah Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Reliable sources have informed SOHR that the Internal Security Forces (Asayish) and Counter-Terrorism Special Units (H.A.T), backed by International Coalition forces, have brought bring in large reinforcement to Al-Hawl camp in the eastern countryside of Al-Hasakah, in preparations for launching a large-scale security campaign in all sectors of Al-Hawl camp, searching for ISIS cells and affiliates, as assassinations took place almost daily in the camp in the recent time, mostly targeted Iraqi refugees.
On March 25, SOHR sources reported that members of the Internal Security Forces “Asayish” found the body of a child from al-Sha’itat clan in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, after being killed by several gunshot and then slaughtered by a sharp object by unknown assailants.
According to Syrian Observatory sources, the child who was assassinated was a school guard in the sixth section in the camp, and was a former member of the Islamic State.
