Infiltration operation | SDF sneak to positions in Ras Al-Ain (Sere Kaniye) killing and injuring eight Turkish-backed militiamen

Al-Hasakah Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: SOHR activists have documented the death of five militiamen of Turkish-backed factions and injury of three others in an infiltration operation by Syria Democratic Forces in Ras Al-Ain (Sere Kaniye). According to SOHR sources, SDF fighters sneaked last night into the factions’ positions on Om Al-Manajeer frontlines and planted explosives in one of these positions, then they withdrew before detonating these explosives remotely.

 

Last night, SOHR sources reported that eight fighters of Ankara-backed factions were killed and wounded in an infiltration operation by SDF fighters into their positions in the village of Um al-Manajir in Ras al-Ain countryside (Sere Kaniye) in al-Hasakeh province. According SOHR sources, the operation was carried out on Saturday evening.

 

On March 24, SOHR activists documented the death of seven members of “Al-Raqqah Military Council” in an infiltration operation by the Turkish-backed faction of “Suleiman Shah”, headed by Mohamed Al-Jasim “Abu Amshah”. According to SOHR sources, a group of “Suleiman Shah” sneaked at night into Debes village, nearly four kilometres away from Ain Issa town in northern Al-Raqqah, with the help of agents of “Al-Raqqah Military Council”, where the group killed the seven members of “Al-Raqqah Military Council”, dragged their bodies and seized their weapons.
