Turkish-backed areas | Violent explosion leaves several people injured in Ras al-Ain (Sere Kaniye) in al-Hasakeh countryside

Al-Hasaka Governorate – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

SOHR sources have reported a violent explosion in the centre of the city of Ras al-Ain (Sere Kaniye) which is under the control of Turkish forces and the factions of the “Peace Spring” operations room, in al-Hasakeh countryside. No confirmed information has been reported so far as to whether the explosion that took place this afternoon was caused by an IED or a car-bomb. The explosion left injuries and casued material damage to the place.
